Does your character need to get in contact with Cilan for something? Then you've come to the right place for that!

All you have to do is please title your initial comments with these:
Action | Written | Voice/Video/Messenger Bird/etc. (????) and a date! (example: July 13th or something)
so that I know what method your character is using to try to contact him so that he can respond properly

it continues chiming, jumping a little to meet Cilan's hand each time he pats its head. each touch causes the gold lining of its cloak to glow faintly]

[How curious! He wishes you could talk so that he could ask why your cloak is glowing like that...but alas. We'll have to settle with dealing with the curiosity for now while he continues patting the traveler's head. SOMEDAY WE WILL SURELY FIGURE OUT YOUR SECRETS...]
