Yes, thankfully. [Ahaha] But, I can't say that I completely disagree with him, in that it does make things more interesting. And like I said before, that fieriness is part of Chili's inherent flavor, so I think it's only natural that he would want to do things that way. And then there's Cress, who I would say is more meticulous and likes to take his time with it... but that's also a good thing too, especially when it comes to his presentation of a particular dish or two.
So, even when we do compete with one another, it's always fun getting to taste and compare each other's work afterwards.
